We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Business Development Specialist to help us grow our client base.

As a core member of the team driving business, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into long-term clients, while actively contributing to the firm’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding the Market and Client Needs

  • Conduct research and benchmarking of the DMP platform against global competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assess current customer needs and develop a strategic plan to address their requirements effectively.
  • Perform market analysis to identify potential clients and create a targeted plan to attract and engage them.

Attracting new Customers

  • Work closely with Business Development and Marketing team to build pitch decks and use them during presentations to potential clients
  • Understanding clients and preparing product demos for general public and specific clients

Working with Product Owners

  • Getting feedback from the market to the Product Owner’s team to ensure the product functionality matches client needs.
  • Develop requirements for product development and accept from product owners after new features are delivered

Essential requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market trends, extract insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
