Brand and Communication Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Brand Strategy and Management:
- Develop and implement brand strategies that enhance the company's reputation and recognition in the market.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to inform branding strategies.
- Communication Strategy:
- Create and manage comprehensive communication plans that support business objectives and increase brand awareness.
- Oversee the development of content for press releases, newsletters, websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Manage public relations efforts and build relationships with media outlets and influencers.
- Digital and Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and growth across digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze digital metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and engage with the online community.
- Project Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials on time and within budget.
- Lead branding and communication projects from conception through to completion.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including R&D, product development, and sales teams, to align branding efforts with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with senior management to report on branding and communication performance and strategies.
